Here is a trick to fill you up fast and not add a bunch of extra calories. Get a bottle of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning. (Seasoning - not dressing). And a bag of shredded lettuce. Sprinkle the Seasoning on the lettuce in the bag.Shake and enjoy! At 10 calories per cup, you can eat the whole bag guilt free!
